The hotel offered a clean and comfortable experience with friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. However, the presence of smoking on the fourth floor led to unpleasant odors in the elevators and stairwells, and I faced some noise issues from the room above. Parking was convenient but littered, impacting the overall impression of the property.

My stay at WoodSpring Suites had some major ups and downs. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful, which made my experience much better. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with some unhygienic incidents that shouldn't have happened. The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, something that was quite frustrating during my stay. Overall, it could be a good place if they addressed the housekeeping and internet issues.

My stay at Woodspring Suites was far from pleasant. While I encountered friendly staff who tried to help, the condition of the hotel was severely lacking. There were major cleanliness issues, and the noise from upstairs guests was unbearable. On a positive note, the parking options were good and the initial check-in experience was smooth. However, with multiple cleanliness problems and discomfort overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Alicia, were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the experience even better. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and surprisingly quiet for a hotel, which I appreciated. I'll definitely return! However, the internet service could use some improvement as it was not reliable during my stay.
